Welcome to WineSyndy.com ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website WineSyndy.com (the "Site") and any services provided therein, including the ability to enter into binding agreements. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

To be eligible for membership, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be a legal entity or an individual with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Agree to enter binding agreement for the purpose of purchasing wine.

We will need to occasional send users notifications for various reason, including, but not limited to: notifying users about further actions they are obligated to perform, notifying users of outstanding invoices, and sending order updates to users. At present, notificatios are sent by email, therefore emails must be verified in order for the user to enter into agreements.

Members agree to: Act in good faith and only enter binding agreements that they fully intend to complete. When pledging for an allocation, this action enters you into a binding agreement, members are obligated to fulfil their interest in the agreement. Pledge accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse our service or deny any member the right to participate in any activities.

Members have the right to edit their agreement until the point it has been fully-allocated, at which point a binding agreement is in place. Please refer to "4. Responsibilities of Members". WineSyndy.com reserves the right to discontinue an agreement, however, practically, we would only do this if there is insufficient interest.

We cannot gaurantee the condition of wines to be perfect, or at the peak of their drinking window. This includes the bottle, label, and fill levels. However, we strive perform our due-diligence and only present offers of wines that are worth your time, or space in your collection. We also strive to source only from reputable sources.

We cannot offer refunds of binding agreements. We cannot gaurantee a refund, however, if the bottle of you receive is legimately in poor condition, not of your own fault, we will always strive to do what is right.

Termination of accounts will be considered if the member has not participated in any pledges or agreements. If the member has previously participated in any pledges or agreements, then the account can be disabled. We reserve the right to retain any information regarding member's previous activities.

We may update our Terms & Conditions of use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our Site and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
